A series of family events to bring out the WILD in your child. Get outside as a family, have fun together and connect with nature.

All of the “Rewild your child” activities use natural materials as much as possible so they are great for the environment and can be easily replicated in your garden, local park or on other outdoor adventures.

Weds 15th April | 10am – NATURE GAMES*

Learn and play games outside, then make your own game from natural materials to take home

Saturday 13th June | 2pm A WALK ON THE WILD SIDE*
If your children complain about going for a walk, come along and discover some great activities to encourage them to venture outside!

Monday 27th July | 3pm – DEN BUILDING.
Join the Stanwick Lakes Rangers to build a den – will it stand the watering can test!?

Thursday 27th August | 10am – STORYTELLING
Listen to nature stories, create your own and share them with your family.

Sunday 4th October | 11am – OUTDOOR ART
Scavenge for materials and create natural works of art.

This activity will take place in all weathers (except strong winds) so please dress ready for the weather including sturdy boots/shoes. Car parking charges apply.

Adults  and children under four years old can join children with tickets for free

Each child ticket comes with a free hot drink for 1 adult.
