Set against the background of a beautiful 700 acre nature reserve, the Stanwick Lakes Challenge is a Customised Outdoor Management Development Programme which is aimed at public and private companies, associations and social groups. Our experienced trainer knows how to combine adventure and having fun with meeting strategic team goals, and can adapt the programme to meet each client’s needs.

Our Customised Outdoor Management Programmes are held within Stanwick Lakes’ unique countryside attraction and nature reserve in Northamptonshire. The activities range from table-top to outdoor fun, no need for the delegates to be Olympians!

No fixed programmes, preconceptions, expectations or outcomes. A customised programme designed to meet your specific objectives.

A sample whole day package could include:

• Welcome and introductory warm-up exercise

• A treasure hunt on bicycles in teams

• Tea/coffee and cake

• Semaphore & other challenges in the outdoor theatre

• Buffet lunch

• A simple ‘trust’ exercise on the assault course (nothing scary!)

• De-brief – what did we learn?
