Door opens for new Trustee

Rockingham Forest Trust is seeking a new member to join its Board of Trustees. Four times a year a group of enteprising Trustees get together to provide us with valuable strategic support and advice to help our charity fulfil its aims. The new voluntary role would suit a person with practical experience of running a small business or working within the UK charity sector.

The Trust is particularly keen to hear from anyone who has worked with young people or disadvantaged groups.

Director of the Rockingham Forest Trust, Alyson Allfree, comments “This is an interesting, and, we hope, rewarding opportunity for the right person with the skills, enthusiasm and local connections to benefit the charity’s operations, both at Stanwick Lakes and in other locations.”

So if you’re passionate about the local environment and bringing people closer to the natural world, or about providing young people and disadvantaged groups with a brighter future, please get in contact by emailing a copy of your CV and a few words about why you would like to become a Trustee to: info@rftrust.org.uk
