Stanwick Lakes is a unique 750acre countryside attraction and nature reserve in the heart of Northamptonshire's beautiful Nene Valley, and is widely considered to be one of the region's most imaginative outdoor activity destinations. It offers the best of both worlds: extensive play areas to keep adventurous families entertained for hours, and for nature lovers, walkers and cyclists, acres of wide open spaces and paths, where blue skies are reflected in tranquil waters.

And if the weather is less than perfect? Head indoors to the visitor centre, with its host of facilities and activities.

Stanwick Lakes is managed as a social enterprise by environmental charity, Rockingham Forest Trust, in partnership with East Northamptonshire Council.

Visit Santa in his Winter Wonderland

Santa will be visiting us for the final time this year on 20th and 21st December, 11am – 4pm. Come and see him in his magical Winter Wonderland. Children £3.95 (including a present). If you need warming up – why not pop into the Visitor Centre and enjoy Christmassy treats like mince pies and mulled wine for £1!

Christmas Offers – During December, if you reserve a table for 2, receive a free glass of wine with your meal. Reserve a table for 4 or more and receive a jug of mulled wine/mulled cider/non-alcoholic punch. Christmas menu

Please note that the visitor centre opens at 10am and closes at 4pm Monday – Friday, but is open until 5pm every Saturday and Sunday.
